“To anyone who wants to try this, I’d massively recommend downloading the save file editor one member of the community made (I’m on my phone right now so don’t have a link to hand). It has exceptional data tracking from season to season but most importantly… It has the ability to change engine stats which I massively recommend doing every few years to change the dynamics of the championship. And… Add new engines which again… massive fan of considering we are getting a net of two new engine suppliers in the coming years It also has the ability to customize the championship calendar so you have a different one each year (including changing the sprint dates or even disabling the sprints). You can also delete whole races but I’m less of a fan of that. I’ll accept my 70 laps of frustration at Monaco like a sensible person. But if you are someone who really hates a specific track (or trend in F1, ie. Street tracks) it might be a godsend for you. And once you’ve learnt the game well enough it has a custom difficulty system. Frankly… even if you don’t want to use the editor features, just the data tracking alone is enough to be a must have but everything combined… It’s an absolute must-have essential for the game. The biggest QoL upgrade I’ve seen a community give to a game.”

シーズンごとのデータトラッキングが素晴らしいし、何よりもエンジンスタッツを変更できるのが最高。数年ごとに変更してチャンピオンシップの力関係を変えるのがおすすめ。あと、新しいエンジンを追加することもできるんだ。今後数年で2つの新しいエンジンサプライヤーが参入することを考えると、これは嬉しい機能だよね。
カレンダーもカスタマイズできて、毎年違うカレンダーにできる（スプリントの日程変更や無効化も可能）。レース自体を削除することもできるけど、個人的にはそれは好きじゃないな。モナコでの70周のフラストレーションも、分別のある人間として受け入れるよ。でも、特定のトラック（あるいはF1のトレンド、例えばストリートトラックとか）が本当に嫌いな人にとっては、神エディターかもしれない。
ゲームに慣れてきたら、カスタム難易度システムもある。正直なところ、エディター機能を使わなくても、データトラッキングだけでも必須級。すべてを合わせると、このゲームには絶対に必要なものだよ。コミュニティがゲームに与えたQoL（Quality of Life）のアップグレードとしては最大級のものだと思うね。」

Download an external editor to tweak a few things to simulate ebbs and flows with teams, engines, etc. Assign driver traits and correct retirement ages (in MMPC, drivers retire even as early as 31 yrs old). I wish F1 Manager came with a built-in editor, but oh well. The community saves the day again.”
「外部エディターがあると、こういうゲームはもっと面白くなるよね。『Motorsport Manager PC』でも全く同じことをやったよ。外部エディターをダウンロードして、チームやエンジンの浮き沈みをシミュレートできるように微調整したり、ドライバーの特性を割り当てたり、引退年齢を修正したり（MMPCだと、ドライバーが31歳で引退しちゃうこともあるんだ）。『F1 Manager』にもエディターが内蔵されていればいいんだけど、まあしょうがない。またしてもコミュニティに救われたね。」
“No it’s good fun and has good depth (and it’s hard) It’s not perfect but it’s also likely the last of the series and it’s much deeper than Motorsport Manager at the F1 stuff Compared to 22 (I didn’t play 23) the biggest difference for me is the RNG of drivers making mistakes is way better, they used to constantly mess up my strategies with lockups and losing position multiple times a race, but now it’s more about parts wear if you’re constantly pushing hard and overheating so more in your control When incidents or mistakes happen the AI will still sit there and drop through most of the field before find 1st gear again which is unrealistic but it’s the same for everyone Works great on controller so is a great couch game Can’t go wrong for free or even on sale”
「いや、普通に面白くて奥が深いよ（それに難しい）。完璧じゃないけど、シリーズ最後になる可能性が高いし、『Motorsport Manager』よりもF1要素はかなり充実してる。22年版と比べると（23年版はプレイしてない）、一番の違いはドライバーのミスに関するランダム性が改善されたことかな。以前は、ロックアップでポジションを落とすことがレース中に何度もあって、戦略が台無しになることが多かったけど、今はパーツの摩耗とか、プッシュしすぎてオーバーヒートさせるとか、自分でコントロールできる要素が大きくなった。インシデントやミスが起きたとき、AIが1速に入れるまでずっとその場にとどまって順位を落とし続けるのは非現実的だけど、それは全員同じだからね。コントローラーとの相性もいいから、カウチゲーム（みんなで集まってプレイするゲーム）としても最高だよ。無料ならもちろん、セールでも損はないね。」
